How to cancel an order, and what we do if something goes wrong.

Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order free of charge until it has been dispatched. To cancel, call or WhatsApp us on 076 270 9311 as soon as possible and quote your sales order number. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled; please see the section on returns below.
We may cancel an order ourselves if an item is out of stock, we cannot deliver to your address, or payment is not received for a bank transfer order. If we cancel your order, we will tell you promptly.
Bank transfer orders
If you paid by bank transfer and your order is cancelled before dispatch, we will refund the amount you paid to the bank account it came from. Please send us your deposit slip and the account details for the refund when you cancel.
Cash on delivery orders
No payment is taken in advance for cash on delivery orders, so nothing needs to be refunded if you cancel before dispatch.
Damaged, incorrect or unsatisfactory orders
Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns of opened products or change of mind after delivery. However, if your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or you have a concern about quality:
- Contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of delivery.
- Send us your sales order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging.
- We will review your request and, where it is valid, send a replacement or refund the affected items.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer to the account you tell us. We will confirm the refund amount and when to expect it when we approve your request. Delivery and cash-handling charges are refunded only where the order was cancelled by us or the fault was ours.
Wholesale orders
Cancellations and refunds for wholesale orders follow the terms agreed in writing with your quote.
